MORNING MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION

THIS SESSION A MORNING TO NOURISH AND BALANCE THE GALLBLADDER AND THE SPLEEN. THE ORGANS KNOWN TO PROCESS EMOTIONS OF FRUSTATION AND WORRY.

WE BEGIN WITH A MINDFULNESS TECHNIQUE WHICH WILL LEAVE YOU EXPERIENCE GOOD NEWS ALL DAY!!! WE THEN MOVE THROUGH A GENTLE MOVEMENT PRACTICE FOLLOWED BY GUIDED MEDITATION.

FRIDAY 20TH AUGUST 7-8 AM - FOR THIS MEDITATION YOU WILL NEED TO BE ON THE FLOOR WITH SPACE AND PREPARATION TO MOVE. PLEASE BRING SOMETHING TO WRITE ON.
