Deeper into the mystic

January with Paige and Amavi.

This January, we’re diving into themes of alignment, mystery, and renewal to set the tone for a transformative year ahead. Together, we’ll uncover hidden portals of potential within, and establish powerful practices for prosperity, allowing you to start the year in alignment with your deepest intentions and the limitless possibilities ahead. Would you like to explore your highest potential with me?

Week One.

EFT Tapping. Allow great things with this visualisation, subtle energy, meditative, EFT and sound experience. It goes for 8:18 minutes and includes breath. I recommend tidying your space, preparing your next meal, laying your clothes out, writing a to-do-list, and then tap in.

Week Two.

This might be my favourite sleep meditation yet, one of my favourite sounds in the world is that of an airplane. And this airplane takes you on a journey to your highest reality making it a powerful and soothing manifestation tool I have added it to your Sleep portal too. Please tag me in photos and videos of this one being used by you.

Week Three.

I know you want to start the year of feeling radiant, this starts with our organs and detox systems. Here are some of my favourite practices to do this.

Week Four.

The final week of January, let’s get serious. Discipline is the greatest form of self-love. Discipline is what takes you from an ordinary life, to a remarkable one. The presence of discipline does not need to mean the absence of self compassion and grace, and if you have done my stress resilience masterclass you will know that you can take rest with you even as you push through and push toward your goals.

    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Cook Time: 20-25 minutes

    • 1/4 cup cacao powder (unsweetened)

    • 1 tsp baking soda

    • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, for warmth)

    • 2 medium zucchinis (grated and moisture squeezed out)

    • 2 large eggs (room temperature)

    • 1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey (or preferred natural sweetener)

    • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or olive oil

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably 70% cacao or higher, or cacao nibs for less sugar)

    • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional for added crunch)

    For the Frosting (Optional):

    • 1/2 cup raw cream cheese or cashew cream (for a dairy-free option)

    • 2 tbsp cacao powder

    • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Make Instructions

    • Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tray with paper liners or grease it with a little coconut oil.

    • Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

    • Grate the Zucchini:
Grate the zucchinis with a fine grater, then squeeze out the excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. This prevents the cupcakes from becoming too soggy.

    • Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In another bowl, combine the almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda, Himalayan salt, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until well combined.

    • Combine Wet and Dry:
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the grated zucchini, dark chocolate chips, and walnuts (if using).

    • Fill the Cupcake Tray:
Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake tray, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

    • Bake:
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of a cupcake. Let the cupcakes cool in the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

    • Make the Frosting (Optional):
While the cupcakes are cooling, whisk together the raw cream cheese or cashew cream, cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Adjust sweetness to taste.

    • Frost the Cupcakes:
Once the cupcakes are fully cooled, spread the frosting on top or pipe it for a more decorative finish.

    • Serve and Enjoy:
Enjoy the cupcakes right away, or store them in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
