July with Amavi.

It is the half-way point of the year, and what an opportunity to become present with your progress, and aligned with your chosen future. Within this Guide, suggested prompts, practices, and maybe most importantly of all, the mantra. For you to experience positive momentum, balance, and satisfaction.

Journal prompts to align goals for the remaining of year.

  • What are my priorities for the remaining 6 months of the year?

  • What would I like to achieve?

  • Where do I need to course correct or reduce distractions?

  • Where do I feel aligned — and where am I forcing?

  • What am I excited to give energy to again?

  • What needs to change to support my glow, peace, and power?

Suggested Tasks and Practices.

  • Reclaim Your Morning
How you start your day determines the direction of your energy.

  • → Try the healing sound frequencies which are very short, and offer recalibration.

  • Try: Try the Grounding Challenge.

    → Nourish Your Glow

This is the season to come back to life — energetically, digestively, and emotionally.

Choose nourishment that supports clarity, radiance, and gut balance. Each Amavi Recipe has a mantra, use them before each meal.

    → Try the
Amavi Rise and Revitalise every evening.

    Explore: Experiment with some of
    Amavi recipes.

Consider committing to nourishing your mind and body with clean eating everyday this month. And commit to skipping NO meals.

→ Try the EFT Tapping for releasing perfectionsim
if you find yourself worried or being hard on yourself. Acceptance will set sail to a-lot of momentum.

    3. Reduce Distractions, Restore Intention

Create more than you consume. Where your attention goes, your energy follows.

    → Reflect:
What distractions have drained my time and energy this year?

Replace them with small, purposeful actions, either a healthy habit or even better, a new learning or hobby. Trust me when I say this is life altering.

    Tip:
The more you practice Amavi practices, the more the parts of your brain responsible for concentration and clarity strengthen, this means, it gets easier and easier to make good choices.

    4. Anchor in 1–2 Intentions

    No pressure. Just clarity.

→ Ask: What rhythm or goal wants to move through me next? How can I feel safe to receive this?

    → Consider creating a mood-board

Tip: Write a list of 6 goals you would like to achieve or experience by the end of the year.
