Monday 14.07
Day 1 — ARRIVE & EXHALE
"Arrival into stillness, arrival into self."
— Check-in from 3 PM, settle into your room, and explore the beautiful Son Rullan estate.
— Welcome dinner and an opening grounding practice to start the journey.
— Late-night Amavi practice under the stars to align your mind, body, and spirit

Day 2 — ROOT & RISE
"Strength in softness, radiance in motion."
— Begin the day with a Pilates and Amavi workout to invigorate the body, followed by breath-led practices.
— Breakfast and time to relax or enjoy the grounds.
— Afternoon workshop, you will have a selection to choose from for guaranteed expansion and psychic development.
— Dinner In the ambience of our home, followed by an optional sunset circle.
— Intention Setting Game under the stars to call in your next chapter.

Day 3 — INTEGRATION & CELEBRATION
"Seeding new beginnings in sacred soil."
— Gentle morning practice to open the heart, followed by an ocean view breakfast.
— Free time for reflection, journaling, and connection with the space and your body.
— Afternoon session, sound healing & heart opening ceremony.
— Evening celebration dinner, reflecting on your transformations.
Day 4 — FINAL NIGHT CELEBRATION

— After lunch, guests depart for the airport or onward travel, carrying the light and love of Mallorca with them
