Month Eight - Intuition, Chakra, higher self

 

So throughout the Amavi 12 month program you have begun working with your past, begun working with your felt sensation of being truly present, and you can now move onto working with your higher self… the fun stuff. You will be encouraged to explore higher self-meditations and to do these on a walk or sitting, and to try to do these in different environments . You can expect this month, to experience feelings of elation, ease and the opening of a door to new possibilities.

 This month’s playlist is about moving in with spirit. A curated list of some of my favourite medicine creations from indigenous peoples around the planet. It is with great honor to be able to listen to this music, allow this medicine to enter you.

Week One.

Chakra

  • Morning: Chakra meditation

    Midday: Whether you are seated, walking, around people or by yourself, take a few moments to open your palms slightly and to activate the energy center there, affirm your mantra’s here, breathe deeply and then with gratitude, let the practice go.

    Evening: Sleep portal ;

  • Morning: Breath-work on the MOVE page, then listen to this months Amavi radio

    Midday: Take a break just be

    Evening:
    Put on the this months Amavi radio whilst you journal to this months beginning journal prompts and exercises. Make yourself a nourishing drink and some light snacks.

  • Take a break, just be, notice any differences.

  • Morning: You may wish to do any of the meditations from month 1-8

    Evening: Sleep yoga

  • Exercise

    Today decide to focus your attention on your chakras throughout the body, you dont have to know their names, just general/rough locations. Notice which ones feel strong and full of life and which ones feel weak or dull or in need of healing.

    Picture this chakra becoming strengthened and look up which chakra it is and ways you can express greater healing here.

  • Invite a friend to join you for the chakra meditation.

  • Wake up: Breathe into the belly and rub your hands together, open the palms up and recite your chosen mantra here

    All day : Today do something that incites joy, enjoy the small pleasures and allow them to expand

    Do you work in harmony with your higher self, following that which makes you feel joy without resistance?

    Did you know you can invite your higher self into circumstances that are too painful or difficult for you?

    In what circumstances in your life could inviting in your higher self be useful?

    Did you know that when you are struggling to deal with people that you can ask your higher self to talk with their higher self?

    Can you think of some instances this might be useful? If so describe how you might do this next time.

 

 

Week Two.

Mantra Therapeutic Focus

  • Morning : (or late afternoon/early evening if you need too - preference is early morning when its still very quiet outside, or early evening when its very quiet outside, bonus if your eyes are exposed to sunrise and sunset)

    Wake up earlier today and tomorrow and go for a gentle walk, open your palms up subtly to face in front of you. Activate your hand chakras and feel the buzzing as you walk connecting into your higher self.

  • Morning: Try anything on the MOVE page.

    Evening: Choose your favourite meditation.

  • Morning: Use your intuiton, take a break or do something that you feel drawn too

    Evening: Go into nature or take some time to stand, open your palms out in front of you, close your eyes, breathe into your belly and activate your palm chakras. Take some time to breathe and feel here.

    Complete your practice by listening to a vibration station and sealing your energy with the intention of protection.

    Spend some time outdoors and be intentionally and actively thankful.

 
 

Week three and four.

Meditation therapeutic focus:

  • Begin each morning or evening at dusk and dawn, or as close too, with your chosen higher self meditation.

  • Morning:

    Begin each morning or evening at dusk and dawn, or as close too, with your chosen higher self meditation. Sit somewhere beautiful, choose a location that aligns highly with you.

    Follow up with vibration station

    Lunchtime: Take time to nourish the body with a grounding meditation of your choice

    Evening:
    Take extra care of your sleep routine this week.

  • Try exploring the MOVE page, you may enjoy trying the kundalini chakra class again.

  • Try the chakra breath work practice, if you find this to overstimulating, lay down and offer your body compassion. This is called self-regulation and will teach your body it can become stimulated and then regulate again.

  • Let’s enjoy the chakra meditation one last time fully. Remember, repetition is key.

  • If you haven’t had time, its time to visit the end of month journal prompts.

    Invite a friend to join you for the higher self meditation and do it by the ocean if that is accessible to you.

The Seven Chakra’s

  • The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with the body and spirits connection to earth. When the root chakra is out of balance we easily get sick, feel unbalanced and have a hard time creating stable income, home life and foundation in our life.

  • The Sacral Chakra is located over the abdomen area and is associated with self worth, self esteem, joy, sexuality emotional health, creativity and creation. When the sacral chakra is blocked we can experience insecurity, jealousy, fear, depression, back pain, abnormal menstruation, infertility and more.

    I enjoy creation and intimacy with reverence and ease

    I AM SACRED SEXUALITY I RELEASE LOWER DESIRES OF THE EGO AND ELEVATE MY EMOTIONS TO A HIGHER LEVEL I AM DIVINE CREATIVITY I TRUST IN MY HIGHER SELF AND ACCEPT ALL SUPPORT OFFERED TO ME

  • The Solar plexus is located in the area and centre of the stomach. A balanced sacral chakra allows you to feel a strong sense of self, capable of setting boundaries without becoming aggressive. Capable of connecting with divine realisation.

    I AM DIVINE REALISATION I SET HEALTHY BOUNDARIES I AM VALUED AND VALUE MYSELF I AWAKEN DIVINE PURPOSE IN THE WORLD

  • The heart chakra is the fourth chakra, and is the centre for love, connection and forgiveness. It allows you to live freely in a state of compassion. When the heart becomes blocked, we can find it hard to give, receive and our ability to gain any healthy relationships.

  • The throat chakra located in the area of the throat is the fifth chakra, associated with divine expression, communication and worthiness. When we are experiencing symptoms or illness related to the throat area, we can ask ourselves the following.

    Where in my life am I note being listened to? Who do I feel is not valuing my voice? In what areas of my life am I not valuing my own voice? Where in my life do I need to speak up?

    I CONNECT TO MY HEART MY VOICE IS VALUED I SPEAK THE TRUTH OF WHO I AM WITH LOVEI AM HEARD MY EXPRESSION IS WORTHWHILE

  • The third eye chakra is the sixth chakra, located in the area between the brows and is associated with intuition, inner guidance, synchronicity and connection to the divine and higher realms. When your perception of life becomes negatively skewed and you have a distrust in yourself, you might be unbalanced in this chakra.You can begin to connect to your third eye by focusing your attention there and asking for guardian angels and higher spirits to offer there loving presence and assistance in your life.

     

    I TRUST MY INNER GUIDANCE I SEE WITH LOVE I TRUST MY HIGHER SELF TO GUIDE ME ALL IS IN DIVINE TIMING MY THOUGHTS ARE GUIDED WITH LOVE AND COMPASSION

  • The crown chakra is the seventh chakra located at the crown of  the head and is the energy centre of renewal and transcendence. It is depicted as a violet coloured 1000 petaled lotus. Associated with cosmic consciousness, inner peace, the doorway and connection to source above. When our crown chakra is out of balance or blocked, it can influence or brain, nervous system and sense of clarity and understanding.  

    I AM DIVINE TRANSMUTATIONI ALIGHN WITH THE DIVINE I DISSOLVE ANY NEED FOR SEPARATENESS AND BECOME ONE WITH THE UNIVERSEI AM DIVINELY CONNECTED AND SUPPORTED

  • Visualization exercise - Take time to scan the body and describe what differences if any, you notice now, from the beginning of the month.
