
MONTH FOUR - EXPLORING THE SUBCONSCIOUS
It's time to move to a deeper level of the subconscious; in this month, we are starting to uncover limiting beliefs and root blockages - you will be encouraged to begin using the contemplative journal meditation, best done within 30 minutes of waking or an 1-2 hours before sleeping, otherwise can be done in spare time.

This month, this playlist invites you to see where your imagination takes you when you are day dreaming and in the moment. This is something to make note of. Where are your thoughts and feelings going to when you move into autopilot? This is a glimpse into your subconscious. This is a glimpse into what you are manifesting.
Journal Prompts and exercises

When you “zone” out how do you feel in your body?
When you catch your thoughts wondering, what kind of thougths are they?
When you go into auto-pilot, what is your posture doing? -
Where are your thoughts and feelings going to when you move into autopilot?
This is a glimpse into your subconscious. This is a glimpse into what you are manifesting.
The magic is in acknowledging them slowly, and then we begin to recondition these patterns of being to our chosen thoughts, beliefs and frequencies. -
Set the timer to 60 seconds or 120 seconds and begin writing the first words, thoughts and beliefs that come to mind
Now take a deep breath, brush off any stagnancy with your hands, put on this months Amavi radio playlist, and do the same exercise again
This exercise provides powerful insights into our subconscious and can be done repeatedly over time. You can also think of it as a cleansing of the palette, as you allow what sits below the surface to come up for releasing.

Week One.
Week one This week, the first 5 days will require some discipline, and I encourage you to stick to it. Each day for 5 days you will begin to journal whilst listening to a new contemplative journal meditation.
Top tip : These will be the most effective within the first hour of waking while your doorway to the subconscious is still open and your brain waves are more malleable. If you cant do it within the first hour of waking, just before falling asleep can be a second option.

Take a break you deserve it!!

Take some time to do the beginning journal prompts. Have some fun with it, even though this is a challenign subject this month, dont take life so seriously today. Breathe, you really are doing okay.

Wake up: Channel your chosen frequency, what would help you get into a free flowing state today? Try the 30 minute morning flow.
All day : Do something today that you will thank yourself for through the week, that might be to rest, meal prep, clean, whatever it needs to be.
Week Two.
Week Two You’ve done some intense practices this past week, so this week, take it easy, you might want to use the portal a bit more intuitively and casually this week. I have made some recommendations on exercises that will be really powerful for your reconditioning and up levelling.

Morning : Exercise
Today, simply be aware of where your thoughts are going when you find them wondering.
Try to write them down broadly if you can. What feelings are associated with them? -
Looking over your notes from yesterday, what thought patterns could use interrupting today?
If there are any low vibrational thought patterns you find yourself regularly experiencing, today set the intention to interrupt them with one of this months mantras. -
Today become aware of and focus on what is happening to your physiological state when you are in auto pilot.
Are your shoulders rising?
Is your neck sinking or sticking out?
Is your jaw clenched?
Are you holding tension?
Simply set the intention to take notes on what you observe today. -
Using yesterdays notes, can you set the intention to interrupt your physilogical state today, whenever it moves towarad an old pattern, and replace it with “HEAD UP HEART OPEN” and adjust your posture and then SOFTEN accordingly.

You may be noticing the affects of not having meditated so much this week. THAT’S OK! In fact it’s great, it is your reminder to top yourself back up again and keep building the muscle memory of relaxation and compassionate awareness.
Morning: Begin your Friday with your chosen meditation.
Evening: Sleep blissfully with the sleep portal -
You might feel called to revisit the contemplative journal series, these are meant to be done with repetition.
Today, be proud of who you are in this exact moment, and embody the energy of someone who is exactly where they want to be, just softly, carry the energy gently in your heart and see what happens.

“Bad” times are invitations to upgrade. If you trust in the things that are working, and believe that they have happened with divine intervention, then you can apply that principle to the bad things happening in your life too.
When you hit rock bottom, sometimes that’s because that’s the only place that your going to crack open, really listen and step into your power
Through resistance you will suffer. Have faith that your challenges have come serving purpose too.
Trauma is the result of the fight/flight or freeze system becoming dis regulated, not broken. We can use meditation, conscious movement and emotional freedom techniques to bring regulation back to the nervous system.
Tips:

Writing by hand is a way of increasing brain retention and comprehension. In this way, we can use it as a powerful tool to get into the deeper layers of our consciousness. Through these contemplative guided journal meditation, may you experience breakthroughs, and may you begin to see, feel and know, that everything is working out best case scenario.
