Meditation is not intended to encourage grasping, nor is it a tool for suppression or control. The intention behind why you meditate is also important Meditation is about opening and relaxing with whatever arises, without picking and choosing, it leads you to a place of greater connection, where you remain untouched by chaos that surrounds. Sure, as a result of your meditation, it is likely you will bring about and become more magnetic for a more harmonious and abundant life, but let the intention be first to connect to a deeper love and a greater cause and realisation.

My affirmation for this month is…
“I am present moment awareness, I am comfortable with uncertainty, I express with harmony, I interact harmoniously with nature, with myself and with those around me”
Picture the abundance of the universe circulating throughout your life as you affirm the above daily. You allow the breath to soften you.
What makes us miserable is the expectation that life is something other than it is, stop trying so hard for just a moment, feel what it feels to just be, without trying to be “this” or “that”. Life is magical with beauty to be found in every moment, even the ones of suffering and pain and loss, I promise you. Your see yet, and if you’ve seen it already, you’ll begin feeling it, more than ever this is faith and greater connection
