
MONTH SIX - PRESENCE, ABUNDANCE, MAGIC
You have begun building the foundations of your inner world and home; you have spent time tending to the garden of your mind and soul, you have begun working with their limiting conditions stored in the subconscious and can now begin to look to the present moment, this month you are guided to do experience the 12 days of abundance challenge.

This month, this playlist invites you to see where your imagination takes you when you are day dreaming and in the moment. This is something to make note of. Where are your thoughts and feelings going to when you move into autopilot? This is a glimpse into your subconscious. This is a glimpse into what you are manifesting.
Journal Prompts and exercises

Right now in this moment, channel bliss. The bliss is unconditional, meaning it requires no expectation environmentally or materially to be met. It simply is bliss, because it exists.
Practice this month, channeling, excitement and bliss and see what happens.Set the timer to 2 or 3 minutes, and begin writing all of the blissful things you can think of, while you do, play this months Amavi radio, while you do, draw in the emotions that would correlate with those experiences and things

If your bliss is conditonal, meaning a perfect set of circumstances must happen for the bliss to be experienced. Then you will never experience bliss aside from in tiny moments.
You must invite in and embody bliss as a practice, a choice and a way of being
Watch as you do, that this expands. -
What have you been waiting for before being truly happy?
What emotion would you reach if you got that thing?
What would it be like to practice embodying that emotion without waiting for anything?
Do you believe if you did this practice, that you might become more magnetic to attracting more of that thing?
Spend some moments breathing and relaxing, deeply. And then write a list of mantras affirming that you will embody your chosen state of being. Example:
You would write something repetativley such as;
”I choose to wait for nothing to be happy”
”I choose to embody health and prosperity here, nothing needs to change for me to experience it”
”I love being in the present moment, I decide how I am going to feel”
”My life will be lived in bliss, because I decide so”

Week One and Two.
Week one For the next 12 days you are going to do one abundance video every day. My recommendation is to do it in the morning, waking up early if you need to.
Top tip : If you miss a day, pick up where you left off.

Week three and four.
Continue with your practices from the first half of the month. Here are some other resources and my personal recommendations to further enhance your practice on this subject.

“Bad” times are invitations to upgrade. If you trust in the things that are working, and believe that they have happened with divine intervention, then you can apply that principle to the bad things happening in your life too.
When you hit rock bottom, sometimes that’s because that’s the only place that your going to crack open, really listen and step into your power
Through resistance you will suffer. Have faith that your challenges have come serving purpose too.
Trauma is the result of the fight/flight or freeze system becoming dis regulated, not broken. We can use meditation, conscious movement and emotional freedom techniques to bring regulation back to the nervous system.
