Month Ten - Manifestation 1.0

 
 

The more I go through life the less I connect with the word “manifestation” and what it is linked to in this modern age. In this day and age it is spoken in a way that reflects “grasping”, “doing” and “trying”. Rather than BEING, ALLOWING and FLOWING.

When we speak of manifestation this month, I want you to focus on the why behind everything you desire to ‘manifest’.

In my experience, the quickest way to ‘manifest’ something into my life is to first let it go, and to step into my joy and into my gratitude whichever way I can. To step into the intention and action of opening, and of love. Then I see the magic happen.



My affirmation for this month is…

“I expect sudden miracles” Write it for yourself on a piece of pape, writing it out helps it to embed into your subconscious.

Notes on manifestation

In order to truly manifest that which we desire we must step into our self worth. The energy of money for example IS expanded self worth. We manifest not from the level we think about consciously but from our subconscious beliefs and imprints about ourselves and the world
When we truly feel a love for ourselves and the world, that is when we will become the most magnetic and enjoy synchronicity To turn a potential into a reality in the quantum field, you have to combine a clear intention with an elevated emotion. You must tap into the feeling you anticipate you will have when you manifest your intent, and then… feel the emotion ahead of time.

Whilst keeping this in your practice, it is important to remain authentic, paying respect to what feelings arise and subside. It is not about blocking what needs to surface, it is about letting them arise, paying acknowledgment to them, taking what you need and then returning to the vibration and emotion which aligns with your intent once again from there.

In the infinity of life where all is perfect, whole and complete, change is the natural law of my life.

 
The more repetitive a thought the more likely it is to happen
When thoughts are charged with emotion, they manifest more quickly.

Working through this month and other Amavi meditation months assists you in redirecting with purpose, what kind of emotional charges and responses you will associate to particular triggers and outcomes. And this work leads nearer to liberation and magnetism.

Q: Do affirmations really work?

A: In the conscious realm, yes. Affirmations can slowly help to reinforce new neural pathways. But real transformation happens on the subconscious plane. When you’re in a hypnotic state you have access to the subconscious mind; the brain can’t tell the difference between thought and reality. In this state, we are significantly more impressionable and can make major changes in our ‘programming’. If you are looking to manifest, change your habits, or release conditioning - affirmations are the icing and subconscious work is the cake. Without the subconscious work, affirmations won’t stick. ⠀⠀⠀

What self talk is occurring in my mind that could be negatively impacting my self worth, what could I replace that with?

Focus on a single thought for 17 seconds
Exercise the minds ability to focus on a single thought
When you think about something and have an intense emotion behind it, this creates a strong energetic charge and pull
When thoughts are charged with emotion, they manifest more quickly

What you believe in matters more than what you are experiencing

So what thought or belief would you like to train your mind to believe? Write it down and focus on it each day for a set time, choose to welcome the thought in as a replacement each time a thought of judgement or doubt arises

Before you go ahead and think this is woo woo, (I did when someone first suggested this to me), until all of the things in the box began coming to fruition OVERNIGHT

Begin a “Universe box” or call it what you will, but write down some things you would like to call in, then pop them in the box and let them go …

Still feeling stuck? Look at that in your life which triggers you. Our triggers point us to the areas of our subconscious that need working on and unblocking

The next time you feel triggered, pissed off, hurt, etc, spend some time writing on that, and you might find some beliefs underlying that trigger, unpack that trigger and you’ll create the space needed to manifest and welcome in that which is aligned with you.
