Month Ten - The future

You have worked on the foundations of your practice and your thought patterns. You know have the tools to remain grounded in your body and to self-regulate your central nervous system and emotional well-being. You know have a foundational understanding of and relationship with your past, present and future selves and can now enjoy the practice of manifestation, calling in the new and getting clear on where you would like to go and be. This is exciting, and I am whole-heatedly congratulating you.

Week One.

A member has worked on the foundations of their practice and thought patterns, they have the tools to remain grounded in their body and to self-regulate in their CNS. They have a foundational understanding of and relationship with their past, present and future selves and can now enjoy the practice of manifestation, calling in the new and getting clear on where they would like to go and be.

Designed for those who may have been feeling without purpose, confused on how to create better work opportunities,

  • Morning: Future self meditation

    Midday: Take a break, dont forget to breathe

    Evening: Sleep lesson / movement

  • Morning:

    -
    Start the day with your mantra, and some belly and rythmic breathing

    - Set up your book ready to do some afternoon journal time

    Midday:
    Ground the feet into the earth. Take 5 breaths counting to 8-10 on each inhale and each exhale. Affirm your monthly mantra.

  • Time to begin the purpose and direction series. Do this anytime you have time each day for the next 4 days.

Time to do the purpose and direction workshop.

  • Morning : Begin with the future self meditation

    Midday: Channel the energy and thought pattern of a holiday, try it and have fun with it.

  • Time to print off the Re-align and get clear planner. You can do this on the day you feel you have the energy and focus too.

Week three and four.

Enjoy going over the practices, exercises and journal prompts that you feel called too when you feel called too. Dont give up without the firm guidance, this is me helping you to strengthen your own memory muscles and reflexes to lean towards your practices at the right times.

    Do you feel you are working with or against your future self, describe?


    Do you feel you are in alignment with your future self? Are you helping them out by attuning to a frequency which they would align with?
