Month Three - Expectations and support

 
 

Introduction

To create a new pattern and release expectations, there is a lot of magic to be found in that. To cling tightly to expectations is to hold on to outdated thought patterns that are unlikely to serve you in each present moment. Being unhappy or unsatisfied is a sign you are living without flow and without flexibility. Throwing tantrums and frustrations because the blueprint in your mind is not panning out exactly so.

If you lose your grip on this “blueprint” this expectation, you may find that where you are and what you’ve got is always perfect, if it is a period of momentary suffering and a feeling of stagnancy, then I am sure it is offering you doors for greater awakening. I am sure the universe is always working to nourish and wake up your soul.

So, take a breath, let expectations wash away, as you begin to see that you are unequivocally, unconditionally supported.

My affirmation for this month is…

I am supported, I am safe, and I am surrounded by limitless opportunity
I release all expectations and let flow

Write it down on a piece of paper, the act of handwriting the affirmation helps it to embed into your subconscious

This month, every time you feel a moment of self-doubt
Take an accepting breath and replace it with your affirmation above

A story of expectation

“Bad” times are invitations to upgrade. If you trust in the things that are working, and believe that they have happened with divine intervention, then you can apply that principle to the bad things happening in your life too.

When you hit rock bottom, sometimes that’s because that’s the only place that your going to crack open, really listen and step into your power

Through resistance you will suffer. Have faith that your challenges have come serving purpose too.

Trauma is the result of the fight/flight or freeze system becoming dis regulated, not broken. We can use meditation, conscious movement and emotional freedom techniques to bring regulation back to the nervous system.

Know that you are supported

Trust that there is an abundance of everything you need and desire, and that everything is occurring in divine timing.
You are simply being shown where you need to up level and learn more.

As you step in you self worth, feel and believe that you are deserving, everything becomes available to you in abundance.
Take a breath here…

The next time you feel stuck , afraid , pained, stiff, lacking creativity, or any other low vibration. Go to a private space, or do it publicly if you're as at ease with yourself as I am, and literally brush/shake it off. Use your hands, begin at the shoulders and find all the areas of tension, brushing it off of the body.
Then give the  body a gentle shake. Just try it and let me know what experiences follow….
