Month Twelve - Coming from the heart, choosing love over fear, thank-you as an energy

Now as we shift from our focus on connecting to the earths energy field, having moved through the lower body, we connect to the energy body and the unified field of energy through the heart center.

Welcome to your most precious month yet, as you awaken to the jewel that holds all power and all inter connectivity, the jewel that leads to oneness.

Scientists have documented that humans have a heart brain connection and that the heart sends blood and also vibrations and electrical signals from the heart to the brain, so the heart is likened to being the conductor, and the brain is merely the drummer, reading what the conductor directs.

The quality of the rhythm and vibration of the heart and the quality of the heart brain connection is deeply important. Did you know that we give up electromagnetic frequencies and that our hearts and brains produce these? And that just by being near someone in a more coherent state, you can also be encouraged toward a more coherent state and frequency, that is scientifically proven. In-fact a mother’s brain syncs to baby’s heart rate, this is how synced we are.

This month we dive into the heart center, the science, the magic and the ways to open the heart and use this knowledge to create a harmonious frequency we can share with one another.

 This month, this playlist invites you to embrace the power of the emanates currency that emanates from your heart. You listen to this playlist, you step into it and you move powerfully and freely.

  • There is an immeasurable power within the heart, it has been scientifically proven that the heart emits most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body, producing the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of any of the body's organs. In short what this means, is that whatever your heart is emitting, is truly what will be drawn back to you.

    The heart center can encompass understanding and reference the everything without prejudice without labeling good or bad, right or wrong, it simply is, and because it is it is worth loving.

    Institute of heart math has documented that the electromagnetic field of the heart is the strongest in the body overall and specifically for concordance and entertainment.

    Concordance Is the synchronization between cardiac function, respiratory rate and the autonomic nervous system. Entertainment is the concept that we are transmitting energetic information via energy field, consciously and unconsciously, to others and to the environment all of the time. Instrument affects our autonomic nervous system, especially our flight fight reaction.

  • When does your heart feel its most harmonious? Describe a time you can picture this?

    Where do you think this feeling came from? Why do you feel you are unworthy of love because of it?

    Now try to contemplate the idea that you are perfect exactly as you are? Create a list of things that you love?

Week One.

This is a time for connection, love and story telling. Experience the bliss of your efforts as we connect into our heart center, watch as one of the greatest pieces of the puzzle fall into place.

  • Morning: Wake up a little earlier today and do the manifestation yoga

    Evening: Manifestation meditation

  • Morning: Heart center meditation

    Midday: Breathe in and out through the heart today, take your morning meditation practices with you.

    Take a break, just be

  • Morning: Enjoy some free movement or any class from the MOVE page as you listen to this months Amavi radio, set up your space to do this months beginning journal promtps when you get time today

  • Morning: Enjoy the meditation for heart healing 2.0

  • Begin your Friday with the Open your heart playlist.

    Exercise : Stand up, channeling new energy into the heart center, open your heart, open your palms and hands out wide like wings, head up, heart open and affirm “I am open to recieving blessings today” and “My heart aligns with my desires and it feels amazing”

    Write a list of high vibrational words and then embody them all weekend

  • Today, go to a market, buy some healthy food, invite in your mantra, share it with a friend or stranger, treat yourself and another to a delicious organic hot chocolate

    How will you embody freedom today?

    What style of practice do you feel you need this week? Something quiet disciplined or something more free and easy going? Take note of this and create your own plan of action for next week.

 

 

Week Two.

It takes 30-90 days to create a new neural pathway, remind yourself of your mantras and embody your practices whole-heatedly for these final weeks!!

  • Vibration station, vibration station, vibration station.

    Evening: Ying yoga for the magic

  • Morning: Try the meditation for healing heartbreak

    Evening: Deepen your sleep with the sleep portal

  • Morning: Use your intuition, pick out the meditation you need.

    Evening: Do the bio-energetic movement practice.

  • Anytime of day:

    Let’s take a day to focus less on the trying and more on presence. Do the Meditation for complete presence.

  • Day: Manifestation yoga again, remember repetition is key.

    Evening: Clean, clear and cleanse your space, really create a loving energy throughout wherever you are living.

 

Week three and four.

It is your final two weeks of the 12 months transformation program. You truly do have a new set of tools and a foundation in which you are ready to build on. These foundations will stay with you for the rest of your life and i encourage re-visiting them. These final two weeks, let’s really settle into our practices and meditations and set the intention to do EVERYTHING from the heart, with the intention to nurture and nourish our healing frequency.
