Welcome to LIMBER NOVEMBER, 
To be limber means to have a supple and resilient quality in the mind and the body. It also means to be capable of being shaped, flexible. 

I want your November to be a time where you become more limber. Limber in the mind and the body. In becoming more flexible in the mind you can adapt change and sway with changes without loosing rhythm. In becoming more limber in the body, you can move in a changing environment without becoming rigid and sore.

So let this be the month you become more LIMBER In the mind and the body, than ever before. And TRAIN your brain and your nervous system AND your emotional state to oscillate (swing) to this state of rhythmic limberness every time you meet a challenge. Let the good days and the bad days be met with equal LIMBER attitude.
