You marvel at your room, your welcome gifts and explore the beautiful Son Rullan estate.

— A welcome dinner sets the tone, excitement and radiance and an opening event start’s the journey, together we map the stars for your goals to unravel.

— Late-night Amavi practice under the stars to align your mind, body, and spirit and to awaken and engage the parts of your brain and heart that connect you to a life of greater purpose and passion and calm.

Prepare to awaken tomorrow with a new shine in your skin, less reduced inflammation and refreshed look in your eyes. We will focus on fun anti-inflammatory hacks and remedies.
Friday 21.08
Day 2 — ROOT & RISE
"Strength in softness, radiance in motion."

— Begin the day with strengthening and aligning the body, a fun Amavi workout to invigorate the breath-led practices will inspire. Each morning we discover the emotional mental components our body communicates through.

— Breakfast and time to relax and enjoy life, the pool, each other, your book. With daily healing elixirs, medicinal treats and education alongside the pleasure.

— Afternoon workshop and our most celebrated masterclass. You will have a selection to choose from for guaranteed expansion and development.

— No ordinary Dinner In the ambience of our villa, followed by an optional sunset circle. Life is getting spectacular now.

— Intention Setting Game under the stars to call in your next chapter. You will awaken to your capabilities.
Saturday 22.08
Day 3 — INTEGRATION & CELEBRATION
"Seeding new beginnings in sacred soil."
— Gentle morning practice to open the heart, followed by an ocean view breakfast.
— Free time for reflection, journaling, and connection with the space and your body. There will be opportunities for energy healing, facials and footwork alongside beauty treatments.
— Afternoon session & heart opening ceremony or down time.
— Evening celebration dinner, reflecting on your transformations.

Day 4 — A TIME FOR CELEBRATION
"The magic of transformation, held in community."
— Morning lymphatic activation, sacral and heart chakra activation, face yoga and movement to awaken vitality and magnetism. Think toned body, calm mind, open heart.
— Breakfast followed by free time to relax, swim, and enjoy.
— Then we explore the town, the shops, the vibe and take Polaroids and pictures together.
— Celebratory final dinner together, our choice to dine out or in, and on this day I want to teach you how to experience spontaneity as a woman.

Day 5 — COMPLETION BY THE SEA
"The ocean carries our dreams forward."
— After a light breakfast, we check out from Son Rullan and travel to Cala Deià Beach.
— Spend the day relaxing by the water, swimming, and enjoying the stunning views.
— Lunch at Ca’s Patro March, the iconic and famed restaurant perched above the Mediterranean.
— After lunch, guests depart for the airport or onward travel, carrying the light and love of Mallorca with them and leave transformed forever and with a supportive group that will last.
