Chia pudding
Ingredients
Chia seeds soaked in coconut milk
1 tablespoon of happy mammoth pre-biotic collagen
1 tablespoon of Nutra organics bone body collagen
1 teaspoon of immune and gut tonic by masons mushrooms
A small serving of coyo yoghurt
A small serving of frozen blueberries
A handful of organic loving earth buckwheat
A sprinkle of cacao
Why?
This is incredible in many ways, but to begin your day the Chia seeds create a gel like substance in the gut which soothes and heals the intestinal lining, making them an appropriate fibre source for people with leaky gut syndrome or IBS.
The blueberries are a low sugar fruit option, packed with antioxidant. The reasons I focus on low sugar, is in my experience healing from chronic illness and observing the pandemic in people with candida overgrowth among many other imbalances, a low sugar diet is wonderful and sustainable when you know how to eat delicious healthy foods.
Healing coffee alike drink
Ingredients
Cacao
Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon of happy mammoth pre-biotic collagen
1 tablespoon of Nutra organics bone body collagen
1 teaspoon of immune and gut tonic by masons mushrooms
Simply stir these healing ingredients into your version of an iced de-caffe coffee, a hot chocolate, however you wish to have it. You can also take the healing powders with you an add them into your take away coffee if you wish, however I do recommend de-caffe over caffeine, because I am not here for overstimulating and overloading the nervous system with unnecessary stimulants.
Why?
These ingredients have had such a pivotal impact on my health and healing and since I committed to having the 1 tablespoon of happy mammoth pre-biotic collagen
and Nutra organics bone body collagen
daily, my gut health has healing and resulted in better energy, skin that has people commenting on my ‘glow’ almost every time I leave the house. The immune and gut tonic by masons mushrooms is to aid with stress relief and brain function, which is circular to the entire healing process.
