Recent studies have shown that when athletes are provided with adequate support for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, they reach peak performance levels, resulting in a significant boost in overall athletic output, up to 500%. In the realm of sports, the process of recruiting and training new athletes can be exorbitantly expensive, averaging around $30,000 per athlete. Moreover, sports teams often face the financial burden of athlete injury, recovery and absenteeism, which can acquire costs of over $2,000 per athlete annually.
Implementing a comprehensive sports wellbeing program has been proven to reduce the incidence of injuries and burnout by up to 30%, leading to heightened athletic performance and the enhancement of overall team effectiveness.
