• The Embodied Intelligence Method: Program Agreement

    1. Scope of Service Enrollment includes a 4-month membership in The Embodied Intelligence Method. This premium container provides:

    • Curated Video Curriculum: Access to a strategic sequence of instructional videos and proprietary practices.

    • The Amavi Library: Full access to the digital library of content and resources for the duration of the program.

    • Live Integration: Regular group coaching and integration sessions to deepen the work and facilitate direct proximity to the Method.

    2. Investment & Payments The Client agrees to the total investment of $4,400 (Pay in Full) or the agreed-upon Payment Plan. Access to the community, content library, and live sessions is strictly contingent upon timely payments. Amavi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if payments are not maintained.

    3. Intellectual Property & Professional Use All materials, including the "Embodied Intelligence Method" framework, video content, protocols, and written guides, are the sole proprietary property of Amavi. Your purchase grants you a single-user license for personal transformation only. You are strictly prohibited from repurposing, teaching, distributing, or utilizing these proprietary methods in a professional capacity, or within your own coaching/business offerings, without express written certification and licensing from Amavi.

    4. Confidentiality & Group Integrity To maintain a safe and sovereign container, you agree to keep all information shared by other participants during live sessions strictly confidential. Recording or sharing group sessions is strictly prohibited. Amavi reserves the right to remove any participant from the group container, without refund, if their conduct is deemed disruptive to the safety, privacy, or integrity of the community.

    5. No-Refund Policy Due to the immediate delivery of digital assets and the high-touch nature of the live sessions, all payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

    6. Health & Personal Responsibility The Embodied Intelligence Method is educational and coaching-based. It is not a substitute for medical, clinical, or psychological therapy. You assume full responsibility for your own practice, health, and wellness during and after your participation.

    7. Duration of Access Access to the digital library and the community is granted for the 4-month duration of the program. Continued access beyond this term is at the sole discretion of Amavi and may be subject to additional payment.
