Mindset March Journal exploration.

  • 1. When you experience resistance in your day (resistance means anytime you dont like the way something feels or the way something goes). What is the tone of your inner dialogue? What does your inner dialogue say?


    2. Does your inner dialogue support your chosen direction and an increase in frequency in each moment? Or does it create a further downward spiral? Which direction is it supporting?

    3. Does your inner dialogue reflect the sense of self that you would like to manifest from?

    4. What are some ways you could begin to create more trust within yourself, what kind of things might someone high vibrational say in your moments of doubt and challenge?

    5. Create a few examples so that you can move closer toward embodying this chosen sense of self and therefor attracting this sense of self.

    • What thoughts are not supporting me?

    • Where can I become kinder to myself? What statements toward myself could use upgrading?

    • Let’s work on new ways of responding internally to support resonance with our dream reality?

    • What words can I begin to encourage myself into embodying my highest version of self?

    • If I envision my best life, what would the inner dialogue of the version of me experiencing that sound like?

    • How would they speak to me?

    • What narrative would they communicate inwardly and outwardly?

    • What would their tone of voice be?
