This every morning, will change your life.
The morning routine.

As soon as you wake up, try to be intentional about your thoughts and the way you feel in your body, so immediate we are leaning toward acceptance, comfort, openness, and we are not judging the way we feel until AFTER our practices

Immediately get up and turn the kettle on, prepare your hot lemon water (just dont pour it yet).

Put half a tablespoon of coconut oil (or desired amount) in mouth and begin to swish, go to the bathroom and tongue scrape or spit out and brush your teeth (make sure your toothpaste is non toxic)

Return to bed or your chosen comfortable meditation space and do the Amavi EFT tapping right away

After this, either come into quiet meditation in your heart space and practice channeling the feeling of gratitude or empty space OR you can move onto an Amavi Meditation

Do the BIG 6 and Open your main lymph nodes. A great time to have your hot lemon water.

Either do some Qi gong – or movement or both.

Option to add half a teaspoon of this mix.

Have a shower to some music or being mindful of your posture, your thougths and any remaining tension – meet these areas with compassion
Moisturise, get dressed and prepare for your day – have reverence when you do this, so that you feel empowered, clean, clear and organised

Breakfast ideas; If it is wet and damp, black rice porridge with banana
If it is not, a high protein breakfast; ideas wild mackerel, eggs, rice paper wraps, olive oil, organic micro greens or easy to digest greens, Japanese or purple potato cooked in ghee and celtic salt.
Magic mushie -
Breakfast ideas that are NOT going to be helpful whilst you are healing; smoothie, smoothie bowl, fruit, oats, cereal, pancakes (rarely you can have specific types of pancakes but this is not going to be medicinal)
Separate your water and celery intake to your meal by a minimum of 15-30 minutes. You want to think about your “digestive fire” and you don’t want to “dampen” that by flooding it with fluids. I have found having a magic mushie with my meal is great because it is quiet activating for the digestive system, brain and other systems In the body..

Before you leave the house or start your work day – set your intention, clear any stagnant energy (link) protect your energy and then release that for the day, knowing you have already done your energy protection work
Play me when you shower or do your morning movement and lymphatics or writing.
A big way to get the most out of your mornings is to get into the habit of putting your future self before your present self. That means, never leaving dishes or mess or clutter for your future self to deal with. This ensures your future self is ALWAYS coming into relaxing environments, organised and clear spaces. This technique was a huge huge part of healing my chronic fatigue. And I urge you to get into the habit of treating your future self with reverence.
