Your first 14 days
I recommend beginning your Transpire Journal by doing the inner child/future self challenge every day first thing in the morning when you wake, while your brain waves are still in their most malleable state.
Take this time to go gently as you begin opening a dialogue with your subconscious mind. During this time, put no expectations on your experience, and simply allow yourself to begin creating the daily practice and routine, and get your mind familiar with hearing these vibrations first thing.
You do not need to experience deep meditation or thoughtlessness during these, we are simply creating the routine, and opening the doorway to our subconscious through gentle prompting. -
In the evenings
In the evenings you could move your way through the sleep portal.
You could also decide to begin with the meditation on the main “meditate page” it is up to you how slowly or fast you would like to move through the portal, remember though, that it takes 21-30 days to create a new neural pathway, and there your brain and nervous system hears one meditation, the more it is going to install that positive frequency and state of being. -
Your first month
Once you have finished your inner child, future self challenge each morning.
You can begin moving through the meditations on the main ‘Meditate’ page.
To really simplify things for you, everything on the portal is set up for the most part in sequential order. So begin with the grouding meditation at the top, and work your way down as you feel called to, repeating one as often as you like.
If you feel called to explore other meditations, please do. Just remember to be patient and to enjoy as much repetition as possible for lasting results. -
Sitting down, laying down, walking?
There are no strict rules as to how you use the portal or how you even meditate, you can take these meditations seated, lying down or even on walk.
Just don’t do them driving. You could however do the vibration station driving, I encourage you to play these as often as you feel called.
The more the brain hears these positive conversations, the more it will naturally lean towards them as a default.
I encourage you to practice some of your sessions seated or standing, just so that you begin to work with the subtle energy and tension within the body, we want to train our muscles and spine to support us in a seated or standing position.
And so I encourage you to sit and breath through some of the tightness that may be experienced in these positions. But if you are in deep need of nurturing and rest, do them laying down! -
Mantra's
Each month I invite you to focus on your given intention/mantra/affirmation and listen to the selected meditation at least once a week for that month. Return to it so that at the end of the month, you have created new neural pathways for that theme to work its way into your subconscious, into your physiology and become a part of your natural rhythm going forward. -
