These exercises have allowed me to move into complete alignment with my goals and experience complete magnetism to them. I must make one thing very clear. You can not become magnetic using these manifestation techniques, without first having created a sense of safety and regulation within your nervous system, you do that by doing the Amavi meditations and other healing practices and wisdom. Once you feel you are feeling balanced, safe and empowered, you can begin to really play with these have fun. Note; you can still do them at any time.. but they will have greatest affect after having practiced with regular momentum over time, the regulating practices from Amavi.

In the morning right upon waking, I journal on what could go right today. What could go better than expected today. What I am grateful for that already exists. I step into that best case scenario appreciation gratitude energy. I think what makes my process different in life is that I never simply practice for me me me. I will always extend my positive flow and momentum out to people in my day, whether that is to friends with a motivational text in the morning, to Amavi members or strangers. Grasping and obsessing over your own life and success can really take you out of purity, out of pure intention, out of rich appreciation and kindness.

If I am feeling stuck or blocked or as though I cannot be bothered, I sometimes do this practice where I will ask myself questions such as; What if nothing got better?What if I never got my dream partner?What if I never healed?What if this was my life forever? Once I have done this excercise and leaned into what life would look like if it reamiend exactly as it is, I find the part of me that is resistant, the part of me that is worried what people will think of me, or if they will love me, and the part of me that is acting from desperation, this part kind of dies. When I am left with life exactly as it is in this moment, in full acceptance, not trying to change anything… and THEN I move into the next below practice… that is when I find magic happens. A portal and flow opens. This is surrender and it is important.

I play sounds of somewhere I want to be and I start to go into a scene and visualize it - I don’t force this, I allow the visualizations to be somewhat divinely downloaded and guided.

Follow with possibility and curiosity

This technique will stop your trying to force the universe to deliver you something that may not be destined. Maybe there is something better and in expanding your mind like this, you can open the door and portal to this better. TRY THIS. Write a list of all of things that feel limiting, stuck, blocked, hurt or old for you. 1. 2.3. 4. 5. Then start to write these as though they were questions and FLIP them. For example; if my block was1. I am worried I will never meet my dream partner, he doesn't exist, how will I find him, maybe I am blocking him?I would daily practice emoboyding and asking this… 1. I wonder if I am getting it right? I wonder if timing is perfect? I wonder if there is a partner out there that is so wonderful that it is truly hard to imagine? What if I have already found him? What if he is moving toward me and I am a magnetic? What if I am enough right now? And life is perfect? You just let this flow of curiosity stream and pour out from you. WARNING: This exercise is powerful.

You do not need to get everything perfect, simply play with these techniques and integrate them as you feel called to. They are doorways to your most magnificence portals, but know that there are trillions of doorways. So please do not get overwhelmed, just dive in, have a crack, THEY WILL WORK.

I do this when I am feeling hurt. I write a list of all the things that light me up, things that inspire me, things that make me feel excited or present. Then in my heart I consider ways I can move closer towards those things. And experience more of that in my world. After that, I dont do to much, I have found myself manifesting soooooo much from these lists. But the key is I do it more as an exploration of what lights me up. Not asking or grasping for anything.

I have been allowing things like tarot, tea leaves and other spiritual guidance messages to visit me and provide me with further proof and guidance. These messages get clearer and clearer the more you practice the above and I find them soo encouraging and inspiring and affirming on my journey.
I do find you have to somewhat let them come to you, so if you can, open your heart up to them, and say yes twice when they appear!!!

I have recently set some boundaries on the access people have to me. I decided my worth and value deserves to be truly valued. I recently begun wearing an evil eye bracelet, paired with some saging and have found this to really super charge and activate my manifestations. Not everybody is going to need this, but if you are someone who people often envy, compare themselves too or “use” as an expander, then this is really important.

Grab a piece of paper and write 10:10:10 at the top of it. Under each column, write a list of things you would like to spend money on. You can use each section as a different category. For example 10 material things 10 super big dream things 10 investment/business related things The categories are up to you. Stick them up on the wall with a circle next to them, so that you can tick them off as you afford them into your reality.
This series is for inner radiance, vitality and healing. Recommend every morning.
